Confirm your booking
In order to confirm your booking please fill in the Booking Form and send it back to us

Once we have received your booking, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within 3 days with all further necessary details to prepare your trip.
Please feel free to contact us at any time at our offices (opening hours 09:00 – 17:30GMT) or email us. Our operation managers are always available to answer to your question or guide you for a right choice of tour.
Payment conditions
A €300 non-refundable deposit fee is required upon confirmation of your booking. Your booking is confirmed from the date confirmation is sent to you of receipt of your booking form and deposit.
The balance of payment must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the tour. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date, the full holiday price must be paid at the time of booking. Acrobat Yachting reserves the right to cancel any booking for which full payment has not been received on the due date, and apply cancellation charges as set out in booking conditions.
